The challenge

What we built
01. Automated Validation & Sanitization
Developed a new onboarding engine that automatically validated and sanitized incoming client data against strict schemas. What previously required days of expert manual labor became a single-click operation: reliable, repeatable, and fast.
02. Regulated Tooling & UI
Built a custom internal UI to handle frequent mass update requests. The tool enabled safe, bulk operations across the entire client base while generating a complete, immutable audit log for every change. Tasks that took hours now took minutes.
03. Engineering Discipline: The PR Approach
Removed direct database access for the L2 team entirely. All fixes and updates were shifted to a Pull Request workflow, ensuring every change was peer-reviewed, tested, and traceable before it ever touched production.
